FIAF Cataloguing and Documentation Commission Workshop: "Film-Related Materials in Archives - From Acquisition to Access"

Please use the form below to register for the forthcoming CDC Workshop in Bologna (20-21 June 2025). No fee will be charged, but places will be limited, for reasons of participant comfort and interactivity between participants and speakers. Should there be more applicants and places available, a selection will have to be made by the organizers on the basis of the information contained in the form, so please fill it in as rigorously as possible. Note that submitting this completed form does not guarantee your participation in these workshops.

Note that we will give a few participants the chance to present something from their institutions in our "lightning talk" format. A lightning talk is a very short presentation lasting only a few minutes (not more than 5 mins in any case), given at a conference or similar forum. If you would like to make use of that opportunity, please give us the title of your proposed talk in the form below. We will get back to you by the agreed deadline to let you know if your lightning talk has been selected.

Note also that FIAF will offer three scholarships of 300 EUROS each to participants from outside Europe in need of financial support. Please indicate in the form below whether you want to be considered for one of these scholarships.

The deadline for submitting the online form is 20 April. Selected candidates will be notified by email by 25 April.

The CDC will host a Workshop on "Film-Related Materials in Archives - From Acquisition to Access" on 20-21 June 2025 in Bologna (MAMbo at the Cineteca di Bologna). Registrations are open until 20 April.
