Thelma Ross
Thelma Ross has been a practitioner of cataloging since 2006, and is currently the Film Cataloger for the Department of Film at The Museum of Modern Art. She has served on the FIAF Cataloguing and Documentation Commission since 2008, and as its Head since 2015. She is one of the authors of The FIAF Moving Image Cataloguing Manual, and has been invited to teach and present on moving image cataloguing in a variety of settings, including workshops, conferences, and academic/educational programs.
Natasha Fairbairn
Natasha Fairbairn has worked at the BFI (British Film Institute) since 1986, first as a Library Assistant, then subsequently as a Film Records Keeper, Assistant Cataloguer, Indexer, Data Cleaning Unit Manager, Senior Cataloguer, and Documentation Editor. Since 2011, she has worked as an Information Specialist, dealing with the standards, taxonomies and thesauri, data, and data architecture of the BFI’s Collections Information Database (CID). She has a BA (Honours) degree in English Language from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, and Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Studies from University of West London (previously Ealing College of Higher Education). She is a member of the FIAF Cataloguing and Documentation Commission and one of the authors of the FIAF Moving Image Cataloguing Manual (2016); and has also been involved in FIAF cataloguing workshops and training.
Adelheid Heftberger
Adelheid Heftberger is head of film access at the film department of the Bundesarchiv (Berlin). She has degrees in Russian studies, Comparative Literature and Library- and Information Sciences. Previously she has worked as a cataloguer, archivist and researcher in the Austrian Film Museum (Vienna). She has been a member of the FIAF Cataloguing & Documentation Commission since 2014 and its deputy head since 2018.
