Update on 20 January 2025: The course is full for candidates external to the FIAF network. Only a handful of places left for employees of FIAF affiliates.

Registration for the 2025 FIAF Winter School is open until Monday 3 February (or earlier if the course is full). Please use the form below to submit your registration (note that if you are logged in to the member area of the FIAF website, some of the fields in the form will be pre-filled). You will then receive an automatic confirmation email. If your registration requires payment, you will be contacted by the FIAF Secretariat shortly. Your registration will only be confirmed after we have received your payment.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but a number of places will be reserved for employees of archives of the FIAF network. Please note that this registration includes lunch on both days of the Winter School and coffee breaks throughout the course, as well as free tickets to attend many of the screenings of the Cinémathèque française festival (formerly known as "Toute la mémoire du monde") from 5 to 9 March 2025 (subject to availability). Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A list of hotels and restaurants located in the vicinity of the Cinémathèque française will be sent to registered participants.
