Iris is the name of FIAF's streaming platform, which was first introduced during the 2021 FIAF Programming Winter School. Its name is a friendly tribute to the Cinémathèque française's platform HENRI (named after Henri Langlois, a founder of FIAF), and to Iris Barry, another founder of FIAF and one of the first programmers of film heritage.

[EN] The filming took place on Friday 21 April at the Filmoteca UNAM. The camera operator was Jorge Eduardo Franco Castillo, a CONTI collaborator. A 35mm Askania camera was used; we estimate that the year of manufacture of this camera is 1930, in Germany. We used 35mm Eastman Kodak Double-X 5222 black-and-white negative film. The material was developed in our film laboratory and then scanned at CONTI.
[ES] La filmación se realizó el día viernes 21 de abril en las instalaciones de la Filmoteca UNAM. El operador de cámara fue Jorge Eduardo Franco Castillo, colaborador de CONTI. Se utilizó la cámara cinematográfica marca Askania de 35mm, calculamos que el año de fabricación de esta cámara es de 1930, en Alemania. Utilizamos película negativa 35mm Eastman Kodak Double-X 5222 en blanco y negro. El material se revelo en nuestro Laboratorio Cinematográfico y posteriormente se escaneo en CONTI.
